How to Assign Devices to Rooms in TrueX

Grouping your devices into rooms helps you control and manage them in an organized and convenient way. Here’s how to assign devices to rooms:

Steps:

1. Open the TrueX App: Start by opening the TrueX app on your mobile device.
2. Access Room Management: Tap the "Room Management" icon (as per screenshot below).
3. Add Room: Tap "Add Room" and enter the desired room name, then tap "Submit".
4. Select Devices: At the bottom of the screen, select "Number of Devices in Room". A box displaying all devices will appear. Choose the devices you want to move to the newly created room.
5. Confirm Move: Tap "Submit" at the bottom of the screen again.
6. Save: Tap "Save" to confirm the changes.
7. Continue: Tap "Continue" to complete the process.
